Do you envy chefs who handle their knives perfectly while cutting brunoise-style or filleting a fish? This workshop is all about cutting skills. Practice makes perfect.

This workshop deals with different cutting techniques. After that, you will fillet your own fish and cut citrus fruit and onion. With these ingredients, you will make your own delicious ceviche, which - of course - you can eat afterwards.

The skills workshop is presented by Jamie Magazine, Food Film Festival partner this year and inspired on Jamie Olivers newest book, Jamie's 15 Minutes Meals. Tickets for this workshop are only available at the door with a maximum of two tickets per person. Workshops take place continously, friday from 14.30 through 18.30 and saturday and sunday between 11 and 18 o'clock. 

Costs: 15, - euro.
